2. You will be redirected to carrywith support on WhatsApp.
3. Send the pre-filled account deletion request.
4. carrywith support may ask you to verify ownership of the account using your registered email address or other account information.
5. Once ownership is verified, the account deletion request will be processed.

After a verified account deletion request, carrywith will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, including where applicable:

• User profile information
• Profile photo
• Contact/account information
• Saved trips
• Saved shipments
• User-generated profile information
• Notification preferences
• Other personal account information that is not required to be retained

Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, payment, dispute-resolution, or transaction-record purposes. This may include transaction records, payment records, completed deal records, dispute records, reports, and related audit information.

Any retained information should only be kept for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business/legal obligations and should not remain publicly visible as an active user profile.
